We always have Casting People and Producers coming to our meeting and several have asked me to ask yall to be prepared and be brining Headshots and Resumes to meetings, as you never know who's been showing up. Everybody else be sharing and exchaging your businesscards, brochures, etc. Also there are Members who did get on because of his Headshots posted on their Meetup Profile.

If traveling from out of town I suggest carpools, bus, etc.

This is a statewide business meeting and we are expecting Guests, Leaders in Film Industry, Press, etc. I suggest business/casual attire for this meeting. The Governor and Legislators are watching. I invite all meetup Organizers and Assistant Organizers and Leaders to attend this important meeting.
